Three flower boxes all in a row. I spotted this around the St. Joseph Hospital complex. I'm not sure what the building is but, I like those three windows, their awnings and the great flower boxes. Not something you see in Phoenix very often.

Simple... and perfect!
ReplyDeleteFantastic symmetry! Finely composed. Great colors. This is something you'd find in a museum!
ReplyDeleteYou are right that flower boxes in Phoenix are uncommon. Heck. At our house we never open the windows.
ReplyDeleteThe art of minimalism, nice!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how they get out to water them - maybe have a long arm on a hose?
ReplyDeleteSomeone has a good eye for design.
ReplyDeleteI know in some areas this might be impossible......but wouldn't it be great if all hospital rooms offered views with flower boxes with flowers. Peace. Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
ReplyDeleteInteresting find.
ReplyDeleteYou don't have flower boxes out there? I was going to say that is sad, but then I remembered that in my part of Florida, window boxes are pretty rare, too. Maybe because there are so many flowers in the ground, people just don't see the need to put them at window level.
ReplyDeleteSimple but so attractive!
ReplyDeleteI am interested in your last comment. I wonder why they are not a common site. Perhaps the plants dry out too fast in the hot, dry air?
ReplyDeleteLovely composition!
ReplyDeletePerfect symmetry Sharon, love the way you've composed this shot.
