I found this rather interesting piece of art and noticed that there were several of these sculptures dotted all over the property of this site. Where was it?
It was at the new offices of the Scottsdale Forensics Laboratory. I wonder if the team of experts who work there are as busy solving crimes as the ones we see on all those CSI style TV shows.
It certainly adds a nice quirky and colourful aspect to what must be a very serious place of work!
ReplyDeleteMaybe they found the artwork at a crime scene and decided to bring it back to their headquarters for further examinations.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't figure out what it represents. So I just sat back and enjoyed your photos instead.
ReplyDeleteKind of looks like a prickly pear cactus to me.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the art inspires them to success.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what they represent but I like their colorful and whimsical appearance. They look a little like pieces of a puzzle. Hmmm. Forensics. Could it be?
ReplyDeleteThey kind of suit their situation Sharon, like a crime waiting to be solved :)I think Judy is spot on, cactus for sure!
ReplyDeleteInteresting art! Loved your photo of roadrunner at DBG. How lucky to catch this shot!
ReplyDeleteI quite like it. Very modern!
ReplyDeleteawesome works here...especially at a forensic CSI building. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
ReplyDeleteBy the way...I think they are cactus!!!!!! Peace, Mary Helen
ReplyDeleteLooks like an abstract cactus.
ReplyDeleteI know a guy who writes for NCIS. I don't think any of those crime solvers are found in real life.
ReplyDeleteSo cool!
