New Mural

I discovered a new mural in downtown Phoenix.  This building is going through some renovations right now but, I'm guessing it might be a future gallery.  It's just a guess based on the lovely mural and that tree sculpture that wraps around from the front.

Here's a better view.  The above mural is painted over another one the I feature on a theme day back on
June 1 of 2010.

  1. It would certainly make me stop and take notice, whatever the building ends up housing.

  2. Certainly an excellent and original way to advertise!

  3. That is an attractive way to dress up what would otherwise be a building that would not attract much attention.

  5. That is really very creative...the birds are looking back at what appears to be tree branches wondering if they should go perch!

I'd guess you are right about the gallery thing.

I think I like this mural better than the one it covers up! :-)

  7. Wow! Those colors just pop! The sculpture is awesome also. I think you've made a good guess as to what the new business will be.

  11. Is this on 3rd St. and Roosevelt? It looks like the old 307 bar. If it is I hope they don't destroy the old DeGrazia mural inside.
