There probably haven't been any houses like this built in Phoenix in more than half a century.

There is indeed a quaintness to this house.
It's a beauty. A classic. Our house in Scottsdale was built of brick...we bought it in 1960. But it wasn't nearly as nice as this one!
Very fine. Wouldn't it be great if some builders saw this house and began to use that kind of style and workmanship again.
