I think Yucca is a beautiful flower and I suspect it attracts a lot of birds and insects that feed off of it. Nice photo with the flower imposed against the blue sky.
I am thankful that we had a day in the 60s yesterday and it was almost 60ยบ this morning when I first got up at 5:00 AM. It is supposed to be a warmer day today but we will also get some rain now and then. I am so glad we were have to hoe out some of the weeds that were beginning to grow, yesterday.

Twin blooms and how beautiful they are!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blooms, I didn't know that they can be so large...
ReplyDeleteAnd they are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAlways nice to see them in bloom!
ReplyDeleteMust be spring!
ReplyDeleteThis is a bittersweet photo for me as it means...summer is around the corner. I hope the weekend at the Castle went well. Lots of hard work pays off.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see more blooms soon....especially the ocotillo, I love the bright orange.
ReplyDeleteA really nice photo - it's so clean, uncluttered...the viewer can really focus on the plant because it's up against that wonderful blue sky!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful. You caught it at the right time.
ReplyDeleteSo cool! I don't know much about yuccas, but these seem to have very lush blooms.
ReplyDeleteOurs are always later than everyone else's. Don't know why.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully shown against the blue, blue sky Sharon.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Although this winter is the hottest and driest in the last 80 years, I haven't seen yuccas blooming here now.
