Since posting the house with the many plastic palm trees last week (scroll down or
click here), I've learned that the owner makes the palm trees and sells them. Here we see an assortment that decorates the front of a row of businesses on 3rd street very near where the house is located.
These are the perfect palm tree Sharon, no watering, no mess..I wonder what the birds make of them, I can only imagine what my wild birds would think haha!
ReplyDeleteThese are very nice palm trees, but I still prefer the natural plants.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, Sharon, but these just don't do it for me. I know palms can be a pain and are messy but that's reality! Plastic palms? Nah. I agree with Karl.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how they hold up in the hot summer sun being plastic and all...Cute, though.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what they were made from...plastic...interesting colors.
ReplyDeleteSo the mystery of the "house of many palms" has been solved!
ReplyDeleteCan't take them seriously, but I love the whimsy involved in their design.
ReplyDeleteInteresting, aren't they? I'm not sure if I like or don't like them... hmmmm...
ReplyDeleteI don't think that I am into them either!
ReplyDeleteWeird. I'm going with real palms.
ReplyDeleteNot much shade but very colorful.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they sell many of these. I'm not sure they would be on my list of wants.
ReplyDeletegreat find. and the owner can say his front yard is all marketing since he makes these
