Saturday we were out scouting out those over-the-top Christmas decorations and found this house. The lights were amazing and there were also window displays with all kinds of moving toys. It was drawing quite a crowd while we were there.
I'm just glad that I wasn't the one who had to climb those palm trees to string these lights.
Such fun Sharon, some people really go all out. Aimee and I are off tonight to have a look around our area to see what we can find. Great shots there.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the electric company loaned one of its bucket trucks to string the lights up in the palm tree. After all, they will make up the cost when they send the bill to this household.
ReplyDeleteProbably visible from out of space!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm just glad I don't have to pay the bill when it comes in January!
ReplyDeletePeople do enjoy decorating for the Christmas season. The top photo looks like someone who enjoys this year after year. Now that palm tree I would love to see how they do it. Both are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAmazing lighting, no signs of crisis. Fantastic shots Sharon!
ReplyDeleteIt must take a couple months to set up this display!
ReplyDeleteI like the palms lights the most.
ReplyDeleteSuch a display helps the camera for the setting when taking the picture, not too many adjustments, lol
I love people decorating their houses like that... spreading so much cheer and joy. The palm tree looks great, I can imagine the work that must have gone into it!
ReplyDeleteI don't understand people who do this...but actually, this place doesn't look too bad...a bit over-the-top, but lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteWow - that's spectacular!
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen so many of these over-the-top displays this year. Must be the economic problems that the media won't stop telling us about.
ReplyDeleteI love all the lights!
ReplyDeleteLove that palm tree.
ReplyDeleteYou found a good one, Sharon. I like to search out the over-the-top decorations, too.
ReplyDeleteOver the top, yes, but fun to watch.
