Pumpkins
Pumpkins are starting to show up everywhere. I found this "pumpkin patch" in front of a north Phoenix church last Sunday. Something tells me that there was a seasonal party after services were over.
I like how someone has carefully arranged the itty-bitty pumpkins up close to the bigger ones.
ReplyDeleteDo you celebrate the Halloween festivities with pumpkins, too?
ReplyDeleteWe have friends who cannot putout pumpkins because javalina come out of the desert and eat them and make a mess.
ReplyDeletei want pumpkins!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic. We don't see too many fresh pumpkins around here or my eyes are not wide enough...
ReplyDeleteAre the prices higher than normal? I haven't noticed, but read that they would be this year. I love that orange.
ReplyDeleteSome churches in my area sell pumpkins as a fundraiser.
ReplyDeleteI like that they're all different sizes Sharon, great catch.
ReplyDeleteNice catch Sharon!
ReplyDeletePumpkin nut bread......yum.
ReplyDeleteIs it the color or shape or both that make pumpkins so photogenic?
Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere and not a pie to eat!
ReplyDeleteOrange belongs here in the desert, even disguised as a gourd!
ReplyDeleteI am just hoping it doesn't rain on Halloween!
ReplyDeletePumpkins are such a fall product, I love them. Lovely photo.
ReplyDeleteThe Great Pumpkin would be happy with this photo.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. One already looks like it has a face.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely shot! Wish we had the pumpkin tradition here.
