Wonder if that cloud brought any rain with it Sharon? It's like that here in summer, we just carry on regardless of the weather which can be anywhere from 30 to 42 degrees!!
You can tell the desert dwellers among the messages above. I was actually surprised when the temperature was only 105 on Sunday. To me, it felt more like 110+ everytime I got out of the car to take more photos.

Just 105? That's balmy for this time of year, isn't it?
Afternoon tee times in Phoenix in the summer sometimes come with special "sun tan rates.'
i like the contrast with the green grass and blu sky
Lovely shot with all that green and the clouds. Hats off to the golfers, 41ºC is too hot!
Sharon, does your Echinopsis bloom twice a year? Mine does and I think it might be a little weird... (I posted a photo showing the new blooms)

Gotta love golf. That's a neat shot with fairway, mountains and clouds in view.
105? Thats Fall weather, what gives?
Hope that golfer had alot of water.
The colors in the photo are wonderful. I guess they still play because it's such a passion or the cheaper green fees. :)

At least the cloud that is rolling in is white and puffy.
These photos are so beautiful!!!
I would be collapsed under a tree at that temp!
Beautiful colours! I can't believe how hot it is though; I'd be sheltering underneath the tree with RedPat.
Hopefully it is dry heat and not humid. Golfers do not let weather impact their play.
Wow, you found a green, grassy spot! :) Don't you love the clouds this time of year?!
"only 105" You can tell that I'm a Midwesterner...that would literally flatten us out! But, it's the humidity here in MN, right?!
What a wonderfully sunny day and I love those greens.

I've played golf at the South Mountain course when it was 112!
Thought I would die!
But old golfers never die, they just melt away!
