My favorite part of town is the neighborhood I live in. The area known as Mid-Town. I love that I can see high-rise buildings from my back yard but it still feels like a cozy neighborhood out front. I love that I am so close to the things I love, theatres and museums. And, I love that I can walk to the light rail and ride all the way to Tempe for a fun lunch or dinner in that busy college town.

ReplyDeleteYou do live in a charming, quiet neighborhood very close to central Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoy visiting you there, especially if you are cooking and showing us some new photos you have taken.

ReplyDeleteyes, you live in a great location to take advantage of light rail, nightlife, etc.
ReplyDeleteI love that neighborhood too. I lived there for so long I never thought I would live anywhere else in the valley. I always looked but always stayed around 7th Ave and Osborn. Great shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful feeling to love the place you live. I'm glad you see and appreciate all you have.
ReplyDeleteI envy you, and the lighting in your photo is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI had guessed you might choose the Desert Botanical Gardens. But this would be my second guess for you. Right down in the heart of town.
ReplyDeleteSnap, I'm in mid town too.
ReplyDeleteLiving in the centre of a city can be like living in a village. Your area sounds just lovely with its theatres and museums.
ReplyDeleteI, too, lived in the midtown area. 13 years in a small house with a great landlord and neighbor near 7th Street and Osborn. I miss it.
ReplyDeleteNice shot and sentiment! It's good to be happy where we are!
ReplyDeleteLooks like an exciting place to live!
