Silk

I’m starting to see cactus blooming.  This blossom looks like it’s made of silk.

  1. As this image scrolled up on my screen, I was thinking: Wow, silk flowers have certainly evolved! They are truly beautiful and the lighting brings out so many special qualities.

  5. One of the things that amazed me when we first moved to Arizona was the way the desert bloomed. I mean, whoever heard of cactus flowers?

    These are gorgeous; reminds me of a silk nightie someone wore once!
