Kathy is I suspect right, though perhaps five years back I hitched around the West coast of Scotland after I fell out with the woman I had gone with, her car had a real boot so left mine down here. I found I had no problem getting about, but that was in a very rural area with limited bus services.
It people shopping for a Jeep want to know how high the road clearance is, I guess they could use this photo would show that the clearance is so high that the legs in your photo do not reach the ground.
That would be a better advertisement than a photo of my late mother using the step stool that we used to keep in our SUV so that she could step up to get into the vehicle.
Oh, how I wish our weather was warm enough to be wearing shoes like hers...and with bare legs. Yup, I'm sure someone will quickly help the damsel in distress!
Good alernative to thumbing it!
ReplyDelete(It just hit me that a lot of people probably don't remember that gesture! Egads how the years go by!)
Well it got my attention!

ReplyDeleteYes, I'm sure she had no lack of help. Glad the weather has been nice enough for this. But they say rain is headed our way.

ReplyDeleteShorts in February! I'm hoping it doesn't stay this way and we at least get back to the 60's!
ReplyDeleteSharon, I'll bet there was a race by the young men of Phoenix to give her some help.
