Phoenix Art Museum
Almost a year ago, I published this photo just inside the lobby of the Phoenix Art Museum.I said that one day I’d go by and photograph the museum at night and I finally made it.Here are two views of the front of the Phoenix Art Museum at night.
My office is across the street from the Art Museum, but I have not taken the time to explore its architecture at night, although I have walked over for a few functions during the evening.
I like the shadows of the palm trees on the Central Avenue facade of the art museum in the very late afternoon.

Very fascinating comparison of our former photo and these. Certainly an impressive entrance. I'd like to explore the museum myself.
ReplyDeleteI like it much better at night and when they have opening parties for members. :-)
ReplyDeleteJust stunning, Sharon. I've said before you are a great night photographer and you've proved it once again! What a beautiful place!

ReplyDeleteSharon, are you using a tripod for your night shots? They are just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots and that piece makes a bold statement in the night or the daylight hours.
ReplyDeleteThe sky full of starts above the museum walls, so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSuper shots - love the tones and lighting that you have captured!
ReplyDeleteCommitment made, commitment met. Nice night shots.
ReplyDeleteNice, I like the "spots"! I've got a few commitments like that myself, I just haven't met them yet.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful night shots, Sharon. Love the colour.
ReplyDeleteLooks like an interesting place to hang for a few hours.
