Spring is in the air

We know that spring is on it's way when see the African Daisies bloom wildly all over town.  We have just come off of a beautiful weekend with great spring-like weather.  The weather reporters are saying that we will have another cold front coming through on Wednesday of this week so it will be back to coats and scarves (and keeping fingers crossed "umbrellas") for a day or so.

We are really looking forward to Spring so that we can cut off the dead branches that got damaged by the freeze that happened in December.

It should be a good year for wild flowers.

Dainty clusters of gold sunshine. Yellow blossoms have a life of their own.

What an array of beauty! We had nice warm weather, too, and everything was greening up and the plants were blooming and then we got two night of below freezing and everything went kaput. So, we're starting all over. I hope you don't get too cold and get some rain!
