Criss-cross

I love the criss-cross pattern that has been created to encourage these vines to climb this wall.

Yes, it is very rewarding to train plants on such a lattice. Kind of isolate from the heat in the summer too.

By summer these vines will likely fill in the space between the lattice and obscure the criss-cross pattern.

An interesting grid and I assume that it requires a bit of work to achieve. I wonder if those vines are harmful to the wall?

Be an interesting place to revisit once the vines all mature!

Must have taken alot to train the vine.

Such a perfect pattern. I wonder how long it will take the vine to cover the wall.

Nice. Not a common sight here in the desert.

King me! hahahaha

This looks unusual for such a hot dry climate. It's a nice idea to dress up that wall and make a cooling barrier.

The surprise of those two little windows adds to the charm.

Looks good Sharon, wonder how long it'll take before the wall is covered. Very 'cottagey'!!

Not my mental vision of a Phoenix home!

Very cute, but I have this urge to go and play tic tac toe!

Looks so cute and cottage-ish, I bet the vine will grow quite a bit this summer.

It is an interesting look, Sharon, but far from what I think about for Phoenix.
