When green meets blue

The brilliant green of the golf course against the blue sky of an October morning entices the camera.

Since moving to AZ, I see why blue and green go together so well. I enjoyed your series on the what you see on your commute... my commute is 100 miles, and all I see is asphalt and tail lights and -for a bit - the darkness of the I-10 Tunnel from 7th St to 7th Ave.

These photos illustrate the observation I made in my comment yesterday. THe Biltmore golf course has grass everywhere. This is not what you expect of golf courses in the desert, and no golf course built in the last 20 years could be designed this way due to water restrictions.

It looks like a perfect place for a stroll, as long as you look out for golf balls!
