Happy St Patrick's Day to you too. Lots of towns are having their parades for the first time since 2019.
I plotted our menu: some roasted baby potatoes, pepper bacon and fried eggs. Not very Irish but then we have very slight and faint Irish blood. Maybe I'll make do with a Black Butte Porter.
mmm a yummy favourite meal, my grandmother use to make hers with a white bechamel sauce.
