I'm not sure if it was the house that caught my attention or the two bare trees in front but for some reason, I stopped to take a photo. The house did stand out a bit on this street full of older, single-story homes. This one looks like it's either brand new or been totally remodeled. I also liked those trees in front that have lost all their leaves. I'm guessing that in about three weeks, new buds will start to appear and soon after we won't be able to see that house as well as we can right now.

The house has a charming look to it. I am looking forward to the day when the trees sprout their leafs.
The house would look more at home in Chicago than the valley of the sun
It is nice but I wouldn't have guessed it was in Phoenix especially with the bare trees.
Some houses in your area look so northern to me -- like they should be in Illinois or Massachusetts -- and this is one of them.
The bare trees are a rare sight in AZ that you don't see unless you're paying attention. Nice shot, Sharon.
I like the house. The trees give it more charm. : )
It is a lovely property.
It is a beautiful and inviting home.
