I love finding these ornamental cabbages growing in various places. This one was in a little garden in front of a shopping center. They look so pretty and almost like roses. I've never heard of anyone eating them so I looked it up. They are edible but they tend to be very bitter. They are sometimes used as decoration on food platters. They look good simply growing in a garden.
