The Shemer Art Center revised their "Art in the Garden" sale of art work this last weekend. As you can see, it was a bright and sunny day, great for being outdoors. I enjoyed looking at all the artwork and talking with the various artists many of whom teach classes at the Shemer.
I loved the colorful umbrellas they used to shade the "silent auction" area. It made looking at the items and choosing what to bid on a lot more pleasant.

Looks delightful, I need to get out of the house
I like the umbrellas too. When I was in Cambodia a couple of years ago I saw a whole street shaded with hundreds of umbrellas. I thought it was a pretty awesome idea!
We have no events like that going on here! I would love to get out to something new.
Such a need for colors and everything which goes with it!
There's an event like that here in the summer. I doubt it can take place yet this year.
Looks like it was a nice event to check out and be outside. I love the colourful umbrellas.
Umbrellas was a nice touch.
We had a second Sunday event here, too, that brought people into town, many of whom, I'm sorry to say, were not wearing masks. One hopes they had at least been vaccinated.
Two of my favourite things Sharon, art and gardens 💜
The umbrellas add colour above so they were definitely a good idea.
There have been outdoor art festivals this winter in Naples. I went to a few. Widely spaced apart and with far fewer visitors than usual. I didn't feel comfortable, so after the second one, I skipped the rest.
