The smoke from all the fires in California has made its way over in our direction once again. This is how the air looked all day yesterday and they tell us it will be like this through Sunday. Fortunately, the smoke is very high so we don't smell it and it isn't dangerous to breath. It just looks gloomy.
That doesn't look nice, I saw the fires on televison, very scary!
ReplyDeleteIt travels so far.
ReplyDeleteStay safe, we need one-another
ReplyDelete2020 is turning out to be a troubled year. Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it isn't bad to breath for you, Sharon! It looks spooky.

ReplyDeleteThe same up here this morning.
ReplyDeleteSo far east. I was on a zoom meeting yesterday that included a colleague near San Raphael. The background was appalling.
ReplyDeleteAs you know we have endured the same smoke up our way. Although this weekend we have beautiful blue skies. Fingers crossed yours goes away too.
ReplyDeleteGosh the smoke is so thick Sharon, the fires are shocking ✨
ReplyDeleteUgh. That situation in California is so terrible.
ReplyDeleteOh, that the smoke here were so high! It's unhealthy to breathe here now and it feels almost like dusk all day.
ReplyDeleteVery sad photo. My niece lives in San Francisco and she's sent me photos of red skies. Very scary.
