This mural is located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District. It was painted by well known Phoenix muralist Lalo Cota and his daughter Devony Cota. They make a great father and daughter artistic duo! I've featured Cota's murals here before. One of them is
here. His work is all over town and is always creative and colorful.
