Yesterday I mentioned that I drove out to Carefree Arizona last Sunday just to look around the art galleries and have lunch. While there, I visited several galleries, two of which were located in this quaint spot called the Spanish Village.
The shops, galleries and restaurants all circle around a central courtyard full of trees, cactus and places to sit and relax. I loved that "Carefree" atmosphere.
The Spanish Village is looking good. I like the nice sunny day.
ReplyDeleteWspaniała wycieczka i piękne fotografie:)
ReplyDeleteCarefree sounds like a good place to live! ;-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful courtyard!
ReplyDeleteThe Spanish Village looks very nice especially with the dark blue sky and the tall cactus beside the entrance.
ReplyDeleteCarefree is just so dang cute. When we would stay at McDowell Mountain park, we'd go up there some times to bask in the atmosphere. I love the pictures of the pizza place and the lights on the tree. I lived in Scottsdale for two years in the 70's (I think) and I don't remember the area being nearly as photogenic as it is now.
ReplyDeleteTremendously appealing.
ReplyDeleteAnd nearby is Cave Creek where Dick and Jerry Van Dyke used to hang at Harold's in their drinking days!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place to wander through. I love that horse!
ReplyDeleteWow, love that sculpture.
