Pretty Posies

I found these pretty little flowers growing in small patch next to city hall in downtown Phoenix and I thought they were so cute.  There is a small garden area next to city hall and these flowers are a nice decorative addition.

I have no idea what kind of flower they are but, maybe one of you will recognize them and enlighten me.

  6. I believe that is "garden star-of-bethlehem," also know as "grass lily" and "eleven-o'clock lady." In botanical terms: ornithogalum umbellatum. Gorgeous photos of this lovely ornamental.

  7. It appears to be Zephyranthes Candida or common name - Rain Lily.
