More Ikebana

I have three more ikebana arrangements to show you from the event at the Phoenix Art Museum that I featured on Tuesday.  This one is by Wanda Laloggia.  I love the sweeping look of this one.

See that gentleman to the far right in the photo above?  He was studying this arrangement by Bev Tall.  This was another favorite of mine.  It's just so simple looking but I'm sure it took a lot of work and imagination to create.

One last arrangement that caught my eye was this pretty one by Jeanne Sours.  So simple and yet so elegant.

This is not the same exhibit as the "Arts & Flowers" I've featured in the past.  I'm not sure when that one will take place.

This exhibit was a joy to view so I'm glad I got to see it.  Oh how I wish I could make arrangements like this.

  2. Hey, you are an artiste! You could, with a little work, make arrangements like these! I could not, no matter how much hard work I put into it. I agree that these are beautiful and as I mentioned, we still have a couple around our house. One problem, the kitties like to chew on them. I dunno why, 'cuz we feed them well. Oh, well...
