My Art Challenge Club had the opening for a new show last night at the Mesquite River Brewery in Scottsdale.
These photos were taken last Saturday when we were there hanging the pieces for the show. In fact you can see an enlargement of my "fire in the wine glass" shot on the far right of this photo.
Here is Ted hanging a set of photos from Julie on a wall together.
I especially like this piece that Jim Lowman created just for this show. Isn't that a great frame?
What a nice exhibition and the anouncement frame is a great artistic find.
ReplyDeleteGreat place to get your pictures shown and seen
ReplyDeleteYour picture highly deserves a place of choice! I am happy for you and for the club.
ReplyDeleteA great exhibition of fine work, Sharon and your 'fire in the wineglass' looks superb all framed and mounted there! Well done!
ReplyDeleteGreat initiative. A really nice exhibition. Well done.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had fun at the opening, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI bet that was fun!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteA good place for a really nice exhibition, Sharon.
ReplyDeleteHow fab Sharon.. it must be so good to see your work up there displayed on the wall.. are they just showing, or for sale too?
ReplyDeleteThat's really cool, Sharon, and I'm glad to see that someone recognizes your talent. Your photos would look good in any gallery, even one where people don't drink! :)
ReplyDeleteThe last one looks very unusual and unique.
ReplyDeleteGreat place to have an exhibition. Glad to see that you have a photo hanging. That is a very nice photo, it will be nice to see people view your creative photo. I like that custom made frame, very creative indeed.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great show! That IS a clever use of guitar necks!
ReplyDeleteA brewery. Bet that there were a lot of happy hangers-on!
ReplyDeleteLots of fun. I hardly ever enter photos in shows. Should do it more.
