Sometimes I miss living in a historic neighborhood with all the unique houses all around me. Last weekend, I took a detour through one of them and I spotted this house that I don't recall seeing before. Either that or they've added that amazing roof. This one doesn't look like it belongs in Phoenix at all. I would love to see what it looks like inside!
The roof definitely is different. Is their a name for that style? I tried to max the photo to get a closer view but it didn't help eke identify the roof material. Certainly catches one's eyes.
ReplyDeleteIt kind of looks like it should be sitting in the English countryside Sharon ☺ The roof is amazing, I don't think I've ever seen anything like it!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing, Sharon! I've never seen anything like it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful look for that house. It makes it stand out for sure.
ReplyDeleteLooks like something from a fairy tale.
ReplyDeleteThe roof feels quite English!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a thatched roof...not many around in the USA...we have one where I live in South Dakota...only one in the state.
ReplyDeleteAmazing roof, kind of looks like a thatched one.
ReplyDeletePhoenix? Nah. Can't be. (A delight to find.)
ReplyDeleteThat's a very cool house. I've never seen a roof like that.
ReplyDeleteNo, very un-desert. Turn on the sprinklers and add some hobbits.
ReplyDeleteQuite a roof! Wow!
