The Japanese Friendship Garden will close for the summer at the beginning of June so I decided to take a walk there on Friday before the heat forces us in doors for the summer. That's where I found a gentleman with an impressive camera taking portraits of the young ducklings who had gathered at his feet.
The man's wife would toss out some food for the ducks at different intervals while he focused on the young ones. Mamma duck watched the action very carefully from behind.
I would love to have seen what close ups he got with his camera.
I have a new post on Sharon's Sojourns today. Walk with me on some narrow ancient streets.
Now that is just too cute! Love those babies!
ReplyDeleteThey seem to know how to pose for the camera, they certainly follow mother's advice.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that he's down at "duck level" for the pictures -- I'd like to see them, too! (They ARE cute ducks.)
ReplyDeleteCute little ducks!
ReplyDeleteLovely series of photo's, so cute.

ReplyDeleteAh, it's a Nikon. Us Canon shooters know better. I'd love to have the subject matter, though.
