Just down the street from the see-through house I featured yesterday was this row of trees blooming with pretty yellow flowers. I think these are mesquite trees.
And, just down the street a little further was this house with the gorgeous garden growing around the fenced yard. What a spectacular display.
I have a new post on
Sharon's Sojourns today. I'm reviewing a London hotel.
I love the garden. The rows of colour are awesome.
ReplyDeleteMy winter-thirst for colour is being satisfied! The trees are a lovely shade of green/yellow. Aren't the various hues if green so very wonderful after a long winter. . .at least it is here in the Midwest.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment I thought you had come to Florida during the winter! :) We used to live in Mesquite, Texas. I don't remember any mesquite trees there but I sure they were around. :)
ReplyDeleteOh you are definitely heading full speed into spring/summer Sharon, the trees are spectacular, love the vibrant yellow!
ReplyDeleteThose folks must have a huge water bill. The pictures are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Those red flowers are geraniums, I think -- perfect for your climate!
ReplyDeleteBeauty all around and with some vibrant colours. Wonderful photos, Sharon.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous garden!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors!
