I was driving around downtown Phoenix last weekend and saw this cute and very well maintained little bungalow. I'm betting it dates back to the 1920's or 1930's. I also spotted some more new Arizona State University buildings. I'll show you those sometime next week.
Love the yellow color. The house is so cute.

That is just so sweet - compact & bijou!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite era Sharon, this is a very sweet wee home, as always I would love to see inside 😊
ReplyDeleteNice little home.
ReplyDeleteProbably very easy to take care of.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I like the proper Arizona landscaping, too. Blue and yellow is always a good color combination for photos.
ReplyDeleteJust the right size!
ReplyDeleteThis looks very much like the area where my dad used to work so many years ago. Cute structure!
ReplyDeleteA nice small house like that makes so much sense compared to some of the monster homes being built these days!
ReplyDeleteLove the collonaded porch. We lived for about a dozen years in a small yellow bungalow on Mitchell Drive, just west of 7th street, surrounded by orange trees. It's still there and the house looks about the same. The yard is different though.
ReplyDeleteIt looks well cared for.
