I was driving around downtown Phoenix last weekend and saw this cute and very well maintained little bungalow. I'm betting it dates back to the 1920's or 1930's. I also spotted some more new Arizona State University buildings. I'll show you those sometime next week.

Love the collonaded porch. We lived for about a dozen years in a small yellow bungalow on Mitchell Drive, just west of 7th street, surrounded by orange trees. It's still there and the house looks about the same. The yard is different though.
It looks well cared for.
