It's Labor Day here in the United States, a day we recognize the contribution of American workers. So what would be more appropriate than a photo of a couple of men at work. These guys are working on a building in downtown Phoenix and their contribution to the Phoenix economy is duly recognized. Most people will celebrate this day with a long weekend trip or maybe a family bar-b-que and picnic. Most working people will have the day off to enjoy whatever they decide to do.

ReplyDeleteA great photo Sharon! Enjoy your day of leisure!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, Labor Day! That was off my radar completely. (We had our bank holiday LAST Monday.) Have a great day off!
ReplyDeleteLabour day in Canada also... enjoy.
ReplyDeleteGreat image, Sharon.
ReplyDeleteOur Labor Day is on May, 1.
That's a nice sharp telephoto image! That job is for people who have no fear of heights.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photo, Sharon. That's one job at which I could not labor! But the picture is noteworthy and perfect for this day!
ReplyDeleteIt is Labour Day here too and it sure is quiet around town!
ReplyDeleteFrom what I heard it was not quiet in Prescott as the tourists and the local yokels kicked off the end of summer. I never leave my house on holiday weekends.
ReplyDeleteI hope it was a good day for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what would be worse Sharon, looking out the window that high up, or being in the cage outside 😊 super capture for the day!
