Driving around in the foothills of Phoenix and Paradise Valley, I often see some unusually shaped houses with a look all their own. This is a perfect example. I thought it looked a bit unusual from this angle.....
....and when I got up next to it I decided it definitely qualified for the "unusual home" category. I do wonder what it looks like inside but, I don't think I want to live there.
Holy cow! Judging by all the glass it looks like it was build with the scenic view in mind.
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly very modern! I like all the windows, but I imagine it would be hard to furnish.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen anything quite like it.
ReplyDeleteShiver me timbers, I think you like this kind of place too... :) This is very unusual, but rather cute and I'd love to see the interior. Perhaps it's a Frank Lloyd Wrong design?
ReplyDeleteSorry, I can't help myself today.
If the windowed wall faces north and the white stone wall faces south it might be okay in Phoenix. But otherwise . . .
ReplyDeleteBuilt with the environment and a view in mind
ReplyDeleteIt looks really interesting - may need a bit of TLC. Don't you wish we could get a tour inside? ;-)
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's being renovated or something, doesn't it? I tend to like glassy and modern. I think I could live there!
ReplyDeleteIt's not all that attractive Sharon but as mentioned above I bet the view is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI think living there would be an interesting experience.
