I wonder what inspired this fad to raise a perfectly good truck up to such a ridiculous position. My dad would always say "that isn't logical". He was a lot like Mr. Spock that way.
The only thing that attracted me to this vehicle was the paint job. I do like that yellow and blue theme they have going on. As for all that expensive "lifting" equipment underneath, it looks like a complete waste of money to me. But, that's just me.
I agree with you about the lifting equipment. That's a huge car!

Proabley heavier than the body and does nothing for the arodynamics of it either. Nice paint job though
ReplyDeleteNice colors. I'm sure it is a bit different driving around in this one.
ReplyDeleteA nice toy !
ReplyDeleteCount me in as another fan of the paint job.
ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely right: the point of all this escapes me...
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of these trucks here in central Florida. They're used mostly in the forests and swamps in places where normal trucks would get stuck. Most of ours don't look this pretty, though!
ReplyDeleteI'm convinced that guys who do this (and it's always guys) or buy Hummers or customize their sports cars with heavy revving engines are doing it to compensate for profound shortcomings below the belt.
ReplyDeleteI don't get it either, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteLooks ready to run something right over!
ReplyDeleteEeew. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd the mere thought of having to climb up there makes my knees ache.
Around here they do that so they can use it to go mud bogging, a "sport" I have never understood the attraction for. My little grandson would like it though, in fact I think he might have a few toy trucks that look a lot like that one!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, Sharon. Silly.
ReplyDeleteA bouncy ride Sharon :)
ReplyDeleteI don't get it either. My coworker in Morocco used to say "That isn't logical," too -- an expression I always liked. Because so many things aren't!
ReplyDeleteMy age is showing; I'd be embarrassed to be seen in this one.
ReplyDeleteNo, Sharon, it's not just you.
ReplyDeleteyeehah buking bronc on wheels.
