It's Independence Day here in the United States so it's time for bar-b-ques, fireworks and family and friends. I'll be having dinner with friends tonight and then watching some fireworks. I do love fireworks so I'm looking forward to a beautiful display!
Happy Independence Day, Sharon !
ReplyDeleteFireworks are fun from a distance! I'm a little afraid of them, having been injured as a child. If it's not cloudy I'll plan to go to a neighbor's who has a hill that provides a view of fireworks from 20 miles away! That's far enough for me!
ReplyDeleteHappy Fourth of July!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy and if you're going to Julie and David's, tell them hello for me! If you haven't already done so, take a look at the new publication, The Quartet. Fascinating book to be read around this holiday! Happy 4th!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your 4th! Vibrant.
ReplyDeleteGood one! Have a nice time.
ReplyDeleteWe will be trying to keep the dog calm during our fireworks display which is only two blocks away.
Beautiful post. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, Sharon! Have a great July 4th!
ReplyDeleteSomething I do miss! When I was little, we used to go to the Pasadena Rose Bowl and see a circus with fireworks after. Wonderful. We have our flag out now. Needless to say it is the only one I have seen today here in Coventry :). Happy 4th of July to you too!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day Sharon!
