A colorful sunrise was lighting up this office building early one morning last week and I was lucky to get an opportunity to capture it on film. I was also glad I was able to capture the pink ribbon they had across the front of the building for breast cancer week in Phoenix. It was a subtle but meaningful display.
Perfect timing!
ReplyDeleteI love the golden glow of sunlight reflected in the building.
ReplyDeleteYou've got sunrise; me sunset. Now everyone else has to do the inbetween. btw That's a handsome palette for the sun to work on.
ReplyDeleteThat does light up nicely.
ReplyDeleteI had to chuckle at the reference to film though.
The artwork on my blog this morning is done in paint and is part of a permanent timeline display on the concrete sidewalk.
A lovely picture Sharon! I would not have noticed the pink ribbon if you hadn't pointed it out.
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice capture. The display gives hope to everyone passing by.
ReplyDeleteWonderful soft light. Love the shot.
ReplyDelete(I was quite close to you, dodging flash floods in Wickenburg, in September. Do love Arizona.)
Nice catch, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteLiquid gold. I wouldn't have noticed the ribbon if you hadn't pointed it out :-(
ReplyDeleteI'd have missed the ribbon too. Beautiful shot!
ReplyDeletePretty building.
ReplyDeleteThe light made for a nice shot.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but you get that glass and sunrise stuff in PHX almost every day! The ribbon does add something.
ReplyDeleteSomeone contacted me today asking if I'd be interested in shooting a charity event where the sell donated, high end bridal gowns to raise money for breast cancer research. I think so.
You had nice morning light.
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteFantastic light!
ReplyDeleteThe light is indeed golden, and the ribbon is a golden idea.
ReplyDeleteWonderful palette of morning colours Sharon, the pink ribbon making it all the more special.
ReplyDeleteWhat great reflections!
