Modern Home
I found this modern home located in central Phoenix not far from where I live in a neighborhood that is composed of mostly older mid-century homes. When I first saw it I thought it might be an office for a business but there was nothing to identify it as an office and that driveway on the right side of it seems to fit a home rather than a business.
Even though it has a decidedly modern look, it still seemed to fit in with the neighborhood.
I loved the striped wall that frames an entrance to the home. It has a very striking look and adds a touch of mystery to the property.
I have a new post on Sharon's Sojourns today. It's a quick visit to a historic church in Buenos Aires.

Looks like a dentist's office. Home? I'll pass.
Gosh it really looks like this one might stick out there a bit Sharon, tres modern!
That is very unusual!
It certainly stands out!
I'm not a huge fan of the house but I adore those stripes and the lettering which for some reason makes me think of Bauhaus period!
I really like it, Sharon!
This looks pretty neat.
I really like this design.
It is not my kind of thing, but within the context of modern homes, it is OK.
The kind of design I like very much and orange is such a good color for Arizona.
It does look very functional.
I love contemporary art and architecture. This one is really sleek and bare.
