I saw a branch on a creosote bush bouncing up and down so I took a closer look and found this little round tailed ground squirrel munching away on the blooms. The branch was up pretty high and was very thin. I'm not quite sure how it was holding him up.
He didn't seem to mind me taking his picture. He just kept on eating.
That's a very hungry squirrel, great photos!
