Janet and I had our annual lunch on the patio of the Hermosa Inn yesterday. We both tried the new "Mocktails" drinks. Mine was with pineapple, coconut and orange juice and Janet's was with Mango and chilies and it did have a little bite to it.
It was actually a little late for our patio lunch and the garden wasn't quite as lush as it would have been in April but, it was still beautiful and it was a perfect day for dining out doors.
Mango with a bite sounds good to me especially in such beautiful surroundings!
ReplyDeleteBoth drinks sound terrific, but I think I'd like to taste the mango. A beautiful setting for a quiet luncheon.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely garden!
ReplyDeleteThe garden still looks lovely Sharon.. so do the mocktails :) Aimee doesn't drink alcohol, never has but she does love a mocktail :)
ReplyDeleteIt was nice weather for dining outdoors. And those tall cool drinks look just right.
ReplyDelete'Tis a beautiful place for sure and I'd be happy to have lunch there any day of the week. Hopefully, it's cooler there than here, though - we're in the mid-90s already!
ReplyDeleteBut, a qualifier: The drinks look very good. I'd probably desire just a wee bit of vodka in mine, though.
A lovely setting. The drinks look good!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed. Mocktails and fake beer ain't my cup of tea, if I might use a liquid analogy.
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait for my first outdoor meal! It is nice & warm here but I've had no time yet.
ReplyDeleteThat garden is past its prime? Looks good to me. I might pass on the drink, though, but I'll bet they have Pellegrino or Perrier.
ReplyDeleteAlways a good place for lunch.
ReplyDeleteVery refreshing on a hot, sunny day... cheers!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the outdoors as much as you can :-)
