What a nice surprise

I drove over to Scottsdale on Saturday to pick up more bird seed for the peach-faced lovebirds who hang out in my yard.  When I got to the shopping center where the store is located, I saw these gorgeous glass decorations sitting on top of pillars in front of the center.

I'm pretty sure they aren't Chihuly glass but they  certainly have a clear resemblance.  They are so beautiful that I had to stop and take some photos.

So, I'm happy I got some great colorful photos and the birds are happy they have more food.  It's a win-win for everyone.

  6. Those are gorgeous! Did they have some of those glass bouquets for sale? That would brighten up a room for sure.

  10. These are wonderful, Sharon. They aren't Chihuly. Knocking off the Chihuly studio's style is pretty common. But, it still produces very nice and colorful artwork.

  11. Sure looks like Chihully, or in his style. It seems so risky to me to leave this stuff out in public.

  12. Yes, I'd say Chihuly style but I think his stuff is better.

  13. I love it. You must have some picky birds if you have to drive to Scottsdale for food.

  14. It would certainly be nice to have a small replica of this bouquet home and certainly less expensive that anything signed Chihuly...

  15. I wouldn't mind a bunch of those myself Sharon. In this hot weather it's almost impossible to have cut flowers that last.. these would be perfect :)
