I looked up at those trees in my driveway on Sunday and was surprised to see the buds had started popping already. I really expected it to be another two weeks but, there they were.
So, even I was surprised at how quickly they started sprouting.
It won't be long and those trees will be full of leaves again.
Our trees are budding too, and our daffodils are up. I always worry when things begin blooming and sprouting so early!
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky. The local weatherman here has predicted cold temperatures into the first week of March. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteI love the determination of the seasons to proceed whatever the weather :) Beautiful blue skies Sharon.
ReplyDeleteSpring looks like it's beginning to spring!
ReplyDeleteI can only dream about popping buds on trees in Minnesota!
ReplyDeleteYou're a bit earlier than we are. But we have lots of oak trees and others that never lose their leaves so that's a good thing.
ReplyDeleteI am not surprised. I see it will be 80 degrees this week.
ReplyDeleteNo sprouting here yet. It was 28 this morning.
My Goodness, Spring has Sprung! Hopefully this is not a forcast of a 'hot' summer.
ReplyDeleteWe won't see anything like that until well into April!
ReplyDeleteWe have several trees already budding, too. I fear a February or March cold snap or snowstorm may harm them. We'll see.
ReplyDeleteThis is very early...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful detail of nature, Sharon!
It will be months until we see buds!
ReplyDeleteI guess it is a definition of Phoenix climate that buds sprout in January.
