A London Adventure, Part 3
Next on our adventure agenda was a visit to the Albert Memorial. We found a convenient place to park the little Mini right in front of Royal Albert Hall.
From our parking spot, it was just a short walk across the street to admire this wonderful tribute to Queen Victoria's love for her late husband Prince Albert.
While we were there, we took a moment to admire the fall tinted trees of Hyde Park. At this point in time, our stomachs were telling us it was time for lunch so off we went in search of an appropriate lunch spot.

Wonderful shots. Hyde Park is really nice. Looking forward to those lunch shots, if you made them :)

Nice post!
Thanks & Welcome for your comment and visit to my blog.
Have a nice day!
Cath.
Glad you had such a good time in this country.
Royal Albert Hall was featured in the 1950's Alfred Hitchcock movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much," starring Jimmy Stewart and Doris Day.
It is also in the lyrics to the Beatles "A Day in the Life."
I am still amazed at how you were able to park the car close to these places so that you could get it in the shot.
You have been very lucky with your parking spots, having a small car certainly has its advantages! Great series!
Great shots, Sharon, I like especially the 2nd one.
I am enjoying it through your eyes. What ;pie;y weather we had as well.
oops how did that happen, fingers slipped somewhat. That should be lovely weather. Although it did tease us a bit in the morning.
What a tour about town you had! I'm enjoying these posts a lot, Sharon.
The park looks like a great place to explore. Nice shots.
Fab London shots Sharon, Loved Hyde Park, almost as much as Perth's :))
Gorgeous, particularly the memorial.
Talk about a "Cook's tour!!"
This reminds me so much of this post! :-) http://mendoncajose.blogspot.pt/2010/10/royal-albert-hall.html
