Update on the Dome

I thought I'd post an update on the dome on top of a church under construction that I posted last year.  You can see the original post here.  You can also see my artistic take on the dome here.  The church is still under construction but I recently noticed this opening on the dome featuring stained glass windows.  I haven't seen it lit up yet but, it looks like it will be very attractive.  I'll be sure to get a photo of it once they light it up.

  3. Interesting to see the three different stages of building this dome, which, incidentally, is much different than the one our taxpayers are balking over with city officials and the Vikings football teams owners.

  5. I would be willing to bet those stained-glass windows will be spectacular from inside! Maybe we'll get to see them?

  6. I think you need to go inside and take a picture of the glass lit by the sun. This is quite interesting.

  10. Wow, looks more like a roof of a Tech center of a space station rather than a church.
    Excellent shot
