Bungalow

I haven't shown any houses from our historic neighborhoods in a while so I thought I'd drive around and see what I could find.  This little bungalow appealed to me with those nicely trimmed hedges in front and the lovely brick trim.  I found it in the Encanto Vista neighborhood.

  2. It's gorgeous. And everything so neat and clean. That's a different kind of tile roof than what I'm familiar with, though.

  7. Mary, probably around $300,000. Just guessing. The historical neighborhood adds a lot.
