I haven't shown any houses from our historic neighborhoods in a while so I thought I'd drive around and see what I could find. This little bungalow appealed to me with those nicely trimmed hedges in front and the lovely brick trim. I found it in the Encanto Vista neighborhood.
I thought for a moment this house had a had a thatched roof Sharon :) it's so beautifully maintained.
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous. And everything so neat and clean. That's a different kind of tile roof than what I'm familiar with, though.
ReplyDeleteYou and your sister both have old homes posted today.
ReplyDeleteIt is a cute little place! The scene doesn't look like the desert at all.
ReplyDeleteVery nice and well kept.
ReplyDeleteNice home for a family.
ReplyDeleteThis bungalow is a charmer.
ReplyDeleteHow much would a home like this cost to buy in today's market??? just curious! Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
ReplyDeleteMary, probably around $300,000. Just guessing. The historical neighborhood adds a lot.
ReplyDeleteThere are some cute one in that neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteI, too, thought it had a thatched roof at first. Would never guess that this house is in Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely!
