Back in early November, I introduced you to these sculptures by Philip Haas inspired by the paintings of Giuseppe Arcimboldo. Here is a photo of all four of them in their place at the Desert Botanical Garden. I took this shot on day when some low clouds were hanging over the city. A perfect sky for photography. The sculptures will be up through April 28th.
Yes the clouds and the light make the four sculptures stand out. I am glad you posted this picture, I was wondering about their size and the whole aspect.

ReplyDeleteI remember these Sharon, lovely to see them all together like this and get an idea of exactly how big they are.
ReplyDeleteI took the same shot. It pops up on my computer every so often. The artist did do a great job.
ReplyDeleteYes you have captured the mood of the works with the help of Mother Nature~! I wish they were going to be there at the end of May. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
