This cute little bungalow is located in the F Q Story Historic Neighborhood. It looks more like it should be sitting in the English countryside than near downtown Phoenix. I love the stone chimney with that decorative chimney cap on top.

Stone work intrigues me. This is gorgeous! Some think Phoenix doesn't need chimneys but I remember some very cool mornings in that city. I delivered papers in high school and we'd start fires in barrels on the street corner when we folded the papers to get them ready for delivery!
ReplyDeleteAt first glance, I thought it was a church. Yes, a unique look.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little cottage! I don't think I've ever seen it before. And that chimney is the best!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great find! The chimney is beautiful but that roof is just fantastic!
ReplyDeleteWow now that is a chimney
ReplyDeleteLove it. The roof reminds me of a mushroom.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like the little Storybrook Village houses at Disneyland.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty bungalow, I like it all, the soft pink colour of the walls, the very unusual roofing style and of course the star of the day the stone chimney. Fab shot for today Sharon.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beauty!
ReplyDeleteThose are some sizable stones in that chimney...also love the roof. The flamingos make me laugh.
ReplyDeleteSuper chimney and I love the flamingos.
ReplyDeleteNow, THIS is a chimney! A beautiful theme day picture. I would not have expected to see it in Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteIt gives a lot of character to the house for sure!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, Sharon, this is a unique chimney!
