Ready to Celebrate

Yesterday afternoon I was driving toward home when I spotted this fellow standing at a bus stop.  I made a u-turn and went back to take the photo.  What a splendidly handsome fellow! He said he was on his way to the big celebration at Rosie McCaffrey's Irish Pub.  Now here is the embarrassing part.  Even though we introduced ourselves, by the time I arrived at my house, I realized that I had forgotten his name.  Shame on me!  Even though I can't share his name with you, I can truly say that he was the highlight of my St. Patricks Day.

  2. I give you credit! I find it so hard to stop the car, much less turn around and go back.

But, yes, it was worth it. Fantastic portrait. I'll bet his name was Patrick!

  4. Don't worry, there'll be lots of people who won't even remember their own names after the St Patrick's Day celebrations!

  11. I laughed out loud when I saw him. Not because I think he's funny looking, but because of the joy and happiness on his face and his obvious love of life. :)
