Pictures from Phoenix and sometimes from the surrounding cities that make up the "Valley of the Sun"
I like both too.
It looks like you got a nice wetting yesterday.
i particularly love the top shot. beautifully imagined and executed, sharon.
Lovely, you have such a creative eye.
i love the top shot with the reflection. just lovely
I liked the roses best when they were inside your house last Saturday evening to accompany the wonderful dinner that you prepared.
Nice compositions Sharon, I prefer the second shot.
Roses...such a favorite.
I prefer the first but would probably have included a little more of the reflection. I especially love that you have chosen to create an image.
Beautiful shot. There is a whole world to photograph in the reflections of rain puddles
raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens!I love that blue vase.
I like the roses in 2 but the reflection in 1. ;-)
Either way, you camera captured well the fragile delicacy of those rose petals. Such an array of gorgeous color!
It's a difficult choice but I'll say the first because you can see the rain better.
This is the kind of floral arrangement I occasionally make, Sharon. There is something about mixed roses (never all one color!), and cobalt blue glass somehow touches my soul. You could find a few vases like that one on my shelves.
I heard you got some really good rain this weekend. I think I like the second one best.
Stunning colors, Sharon!
What a gorgeous bouquet! I like both shots too.
