On Saturday I went to street market at Vincent's on Camelback instead of my usual Farmer's Market. Vincent's is a fine French Restaurant that I've
featured on this blog before. This was the first time I had experienced Vincent's market and it was a special treat. Along with vegetables, breads, and jams there were areas to get all kinds of food. I especially like this brick oven pizza with the brick oven in a moveable trailer. Take this trailer with you and you can have pizza almost anywhere.
A little champagne to go with that pizza sounded like a good idea to me.
Good idea to me too.
ReplyDeleteAn, it bet it is good! This is the best kind of pizza. Haven't tried pizza and champagne together, but it's worth a try!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of a portable brick oven for pizza. Gopd concept.
ReplyDeleteInteresting combination. I'd try it!
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious. Was at Vincents recently and had a hard time parking. Wondering where the market was located.
ReplyDeleteIt is my sincere belief that champagne goes with anything! I'd like Vincent's!
ReplyDeleteI've heard of Vincents although I've never been there. I must check the link.
ReplyDeleteI love pizza.
ReplyDeleteFrench pizza? How was it?
ReplyDeleteI like Lowell's idea of champagne with anything!
ReplyDeleteI'm with those other guys who like champagne with anything. And Vincent. Whadda guy!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great Saturday!
ReplyDeletePizza and champagne? You are indeed living the good life, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big champagne fan, but would love to try the pizza. :)
ReplyDeleteCan't go wrong with that combo.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
ReplyDeleteSend that oven brick pizza trailer and champagne over to Little Rock, will ya?
ReplyDeleteLove the colours of the tiles! I'm not very fond of pizza but the champagne sounds nice to me. :-)
ReplyDeleteI would love to go get one of their pizzas - this diet is killing me.
