Art and the Financial Crisis

Artist Enrique Chagoya created this piece called "Pyramid Scheme" designed to mimic the famous Campbells Soup cans.  He's serving up a selection of soups and stews that are very familiar to most of us.  Judging from the demonstrations on Wall Street, many people have had enough of this soup line.

  5. Does green mean decaf which is an appropriate analogy of the economy. Yes let's put some caffiene into our economic recovery.

  6. I once had an election night party during the post-Reagan era and served the "trickle-down buffet."

Very good imagination to come up with this one.

  9. I LOVE this! That's telling it like it is! I saw where some "Wall Street" folks were shouting down at the protestors and laughing while drinking champagne. How's that for "in your face" attitude?
